Calling all kids and parents! On Saturday, Sept. 17, The Plant is having Kid Empowerment Day. The activities will be for all ages and will be accompanied by The Plant volunteers as well as Florida State University art education students. There will be arts and crafts highlighting, family, love and other important topics for kids. The Plant advises attendees to bring smocks or old shirts for messy activities like painting.
