With Thanksgiving around the corner and meals being planned, one thing that gets looked over is how many calories are being consumed after eating dinner. Here are a few easy ways to burn calories after dinner:

Take a walk around the neighborhood.

According to Wendy Bumgardner of verywell.com, a person of 180-pounds can burn around 100 calories for every mile they walk.

Black Friday shopping.

Walking, or running in some cases, around malls and department stores can work up a sweat and help to burn calories. According to Jeannine Stein of the Los Angeles Time, an average 150-pound person can burn about 470 to 500 calories in three hours shopping

 Doing Yoga.

Yoga can help a person to relax. According to Kim Nunley of livestrong.com, an average person of 125 pounds can burn about 120 calories for every 30 minutes of yoga.
