Tallahassee Community College women who want to learn self-defense can attend a free class held by the TCC Police Department.
The class, named the Rape Aggression Defense Systems, teaches women about awareness, prevention, risk reduction, avoidance, and basic defense training.
18 and under must have a signed parental consent form to participate.
