With 10,125 students enrolled, Tallahassee Community College’s President Jim Murdaugh remains optimistic about spring enrollment.
While many of the 28 schools in the Florida College System are experiencing declines as high as 17 percent, TCC has not seen a significant drop in students. TCC has experienced a decrease of about 3.3 percent students enrolled and a decrease of only 2.6 percent in total credit hours when in comparison to the numbers recorded in January 2020.
“We have been able to convince students, even in these difficult times, when they may have lost their employment, to pursue their degree for their long-term goals,” Said Murdaugh.
