TCC was selected as one of five community colleges in the state of Florida to receive a portion of $10 million as part of the program.
The goal of the program is to create a career and technical education charter school.
TCC will be joined by Santa Fe, Miami-Dade, Northwest Florida State, and St. Pete colleges in the initiative.
