Since she was 12, Tallahassee Community College student Gracie Mosley has been driven to become a skilled screenwriter; her passion derived from writing poetry, then writing lyrics, and eventually writing stories. Born and raised in the city of Tallahassee, Florida, Mosley was largely inspired by music and the art of storytelling through words. The fascination of seeing the vision come to life through videos began to water the seed of ambition.

Mosley aspires to one day own a production company. She has since created a YouTube channel named Unforgettable French Kisses Production, where she posts the Machinima videos that she produces. In two years, the YouTube channel has gained more than 3,500 subscribers. With the constant demand from her fans for more content, Mosely has had her hands full as of late scouting for potential actors & actresses for her videos.

“No matter what type of skit, series, or film it was, someone wanted to be a part of it,” Mosley said. “Most of my creative work was relatable and it resonated with my audience.”

Mosley was first introduced to Machinima in 2004. Being familiar with the Sims franchise, she was inspired by the next installment’s video recording feature. With this new feature, Mosley sprang into a creative frenzy, writing skits, short films and series. Soon after, she joined other Machinima artists by doing production collaborations searching for her identity.

“Although I do enjoy doing it as a hobby, I would like to venture into film productions as a director or screenplay writer,” she said.
